Brothers. Ex-boxers. Coaches. Mentors. Movement-makers.
We’re Harry and Joe Freeman — and we’ve been fighting since we were kids. First in the ring. Now for something bigger.
Growing up, we weren’t the kids anyone bet on. Harry was the overweight one. Joe was the skinny one. But boxing taught us what most schools don’t: how to fight for yourself. How to build discipline. How to show up when no one’s watching. How to take a hit — and come back swinging.
Under ex-British champ Wayne Elcock, Harry went on to win a national title. Joe fought future Midlands champ Jermaine Osborne in a war that could’ve gone either way. We’ve trained at Wild Card in LA, on Venice Beach, in Gold’s Gym. We’ve coached celebrities. One of our fighters even walked out at Manchester Arena — announced by Michael Buffer himself.
But all of that — the fights, the trophies, the spotlight — led us here.
To something more important.
Because we’ve seen what’s happening to kids today:
– Glued to screens.
– Losing confidence.
– Falling behind physically, mentally, emotionally.
So we built Boxwave to be more than a boxing brand. It’s a movement.
We use training as a vehicle to teach mindset, grit, and confidence. We don’t just want kids to get fitter — we want them to take control. To walk taller. To believe they’ve got more in the tank than anyone ever told them.
Along the way, we’ve changed too. A trip to Albania changed our relationship with animals — and led us to go fully plant-based. We ditched excuses, changed our lifestyle, and discovered more energy, more focus, and more purpose.
We’re not influencers. We’re not trying to sell you a quick fix.
We’re coaches who care.
We’re brothers on a mission.
And we’re here to help the next generation fight for their future.
